As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen organizational capability, and foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and high-performance.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this high-impact role combines deep, strategic HR partnership with ownership of our company’s learning and development strategy. You’ll help leaders build strong, connected teams, guide teams through change, and design programs that nurture growth, enhance performance, and prepare our next generation of leaders.

If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and action, and you’re inspired by creating environments where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to grow, we want to hear from you.

Location: Remote within Canada or the United States.

What You'll Do in the Role

  • Partner with leaders to design and execute people strategies that enable business growth and team success
  • Coach and inspire managers to enhance performance, engagement, and leadership capability
  • Lead performance and talent management processes, ensuring development, succession, and recognition are part of our everyday rhythm
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Drive the learning and development strategy, creating and delivering impactful programs that strengthen skills, leadership, and connection across the organization
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify critical skills gaps and embed a culture of continuous learning
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, ensuring every candidate experience reflects our values and commitment to excellence
  • Champion culture, engagement, and belonging through programs that celebrate our people and connect our teams
  • Leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve how we support and grow our people, and increase their impact

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner
  • A proven ability to build trust, influence, and coach leaders to drive meaningful, people-centered results and enable organizational success
  • Experience designing and delivering learning programs that foster growth and high performance
  • Deep applied knowledge of best-practice performance management, employee relations, and modern talent practices
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and workforce planning within dynamic, scaling organizations, and the ability to attract high-calibre talentExceptional judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A solutions-oriented, agile mindset and the ability to navigate change with positivity, pragmatism and focus
  • Familiarity with HR systems, data, and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth technology organizations; exposure to AI and talent management is a plus

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Play a key role in shaping both strategic HR direction and enterprise learning at a company where relationships matter
  • Partner with world-class leaders who value growth, collaboration, and innovation
  • Thrive in a people-first culture built on trust, adaptability, and shared success
  • Make a meaningful impact in an environment that champions connection, curiosity, and inclusion

Why Introhive?

At Introhive, we believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, empowered, and supported. That’s why we value outcomes over hours, curiosity over perfection, and collaboration over ego. You'll have room to grow, tools to succeed, and a team that’s got your back.

What you need to know about the Calgary Tech Scene

Employees can spend up to one-third of their life at work, so choosing the right company is crucial, not just for the job itself but for the company culture as well. While startups often offer dynamic culture and growth opportunities, large corporations provide benefits like career development and networking, especially appealing to recent graduates. Fortunately, Calgary stands out as a hub for both, recognized as one of Startup Genome's Top 100 Emerging Ecosystems, while also playing host to a number of multinational enterprises. In Calgary, job seekers can find a wide range of opportunities.
