In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of communications, product, and executive leadership, turning strategy into compelling narratives that resonate with top industry analysts and amplify Coveo’s market position.

As our Senior Manager of Analyst Relations, you will:

  • Own and evolve Coveo’s annual analyst relations strategy to support product, market positioning, and pipeline growth.
  • Craft and deliver clear, differentiated company narratives that deepen analyst understanding of Coveo’s vision, strategy, and value proposition.
  • Lead cross-functional programs for major analyst evaluations, including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes.
  • Prepare executives for analyst engagements by developing briefings, presentations, talking points, and supporting materials.
  • Monitor analyst research and sentiment, sharing insights, opportunities, and competitive intelligence with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage ongoing analyst communications, including briefings, inquiries, surveys, and customer reference requests.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in analyst relations within a technology-driven organization.
  • Hands-on experience with major analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What would make you stand out:

  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and senior spokespeople.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, search, commerce, or enterprise software markets.
  • Strong cross-functional program management skills.
  • Comfort representing the company in analyst briefings, advisory days, and industry events.

What you need to know about the Calgary Tech Scene

Employees can spend up to one-third of their life at work, so choosing the right company is crucial, not just for the job itself but for the company culture as well. While startups often offer dynamic culture and growth opportunities, large corporations provide benefits like career development and networking, especially appealing to recent graduates. Fortunately, Calgary stands out as a hub for both, recognized as one of Startup Genome's Top 100 Emerging Ecosystems, while also playing host to a number of multinational enterprises. In Calgary, job seekers can find a wide range of opportunities.
