As the Senior Manager, Digital Product, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and delivering the digital product. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, innovation, marketing, and customer experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our digital products align with business objectives, meet user needs, and deliver outstanding results. 

In this role you will:

  • Digital Product: Develop and execute a product roadmap for our Shopify platform, aligning with the company’s overall business goals and objectives. Deliver digital products on time and on budget. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to gather insights, prioritize needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, track key metrics, and make informed decisions. Implement A/B testing, user feedback, and other methods to optimize product features and user experience. 
  • Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer experience, ensuring that products are designed and developed with the end-user in mind. Address customer feedback and incorporate it into product improvements. Work with UX/UI designer to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our Shopify store. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, innovation, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams. 
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage product budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. 
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes. 
  • External Development Team Management: Maintain and manage relationships with external development team. Coordinate and oversee their work to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Act as the main point of contact for all external development-related activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

We’re paw-sitively excited about you because you have:

  • Experience:5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading digital product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. 
  • Ecommerce Platform Knowledge: Ecommerce experience is a MUST. Experience with Shopify is preferred. 
  • Leadership Skills:Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic product plans and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives. 
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital product development processes, including Agile methodologies, and experience with digital technologies and platforms. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements. 
  • Customer Orientation: A deep understanding of user experience and customer needs, with a focus on delivering products that enhance user satisfaction. 
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Hybrid Work


At Open Farm, we believe in the power of collaboration, meaningful connections, and enjoying our work together—fury friends included! That’s why we’ve adopted a structured hybrid approach that allows you the benefit of a reduced commute while still building strong workplace relationships. Currently, all employees are expected to be in the office two days per week at minimum, with Tuesday and Thursday as our anchor days. In addition to this, each month our Leadership team dedicates three consecutive days onsite to continue to foster alignment and connection across the team. During this time we expect everyone to join us in person to do the same. Please note: our hybrid approach may evolve over time as we adapt to the needs of our team and business.
