Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP, Marketing and External Communications, the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing leads the strategy, development, and execution of co‑marketing and enablement programs that support growth, strengthen brand awareness, and accelerate joint customer acquisition across Moneris’ partner ecosystem. The role sets shared marketing priorities, defines KPIs, and builds joint initiatives that enhance partner channel performance and Moneris’ profitability.

Working closely with external partners and cross‑functional internal teams, you will drive integrated go‑to‑market strategies that increase visibility, generate qualified opportunities, and expand product adoption.

You will oversee a team of Partner Engagement & Activation Managers and Partner Marketing Managers responsible for developing strong, value‑driven co‑marketing relationships with strategic partners.

You will bring strategic thinking, people leadership experience, and a strong background in partner and channel marketing. The role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence at all levels, manage competing priorities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Contract Term: 15 months.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to VP, Marketing and External Communications.

Posting Type: Replacement.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $118,000 to $154,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of partner co‑marketing strategies aligned to partner goals and Moneris’ business objectives across all partner types.

  • Identify, prioritize, and validate partner marketing opportunities; ensure alignment with revenue and growth objectives across Financial Institutions, Associations, Card Brands, ISOs, and ISVs.

  • Develop partner channel marketing plans and roadmaps tailored to partner type, business impact, and shared objectives.

  • Define and lead partner engagement and activation frameworks, including onboarding, readiness, and ongoing activation programs that equip partners with the messaging, content, and tools needed to position Moneris solutions effectively.

  • Build scalable enablement models and playbooks (pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, campaign‑in‑a‑box kits, webinar assets) and measure adoption, activation effectiveness, and time‑to‑value.

  • Develop and manage co‑marketing plans with internal Financial Institution Relationship, Sales, and Product teams, and with strategic external partners.

  • Oversee execution of integrated campaigns that support joint acquisition, product adoption, and brand visibility in partner channels.

  • Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize programs for sustained impact.

  • Lead, support, and develop team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across partner initiatives.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing (equivalent experience considered).

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing and people leadership, including work across partner co‑marketing and enablement initiatives.

  • Experience developing and producing digital marketing assets (e.g., infographics, presentations, Figma‑based content) for thought leadership or acquisition.

  • Experience building scalable enablement, readiness, or activation frameworks and driving cross‑functional adoption.

  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Salesforce/Pardot.

Preferred qualifications

  • B2B or fintech industry experience.

  • Bilingual.

  • Advanced data analytics capabilities.
