Clio is more than just a tech company–we are a global leader that is transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quote to Cash (QTC) Systems to lead the technical ownership and evolution of our Quote to Cash platform, including Salesforce and Finance Application integrations. This is a high-impact, hands-on systems leadership role where you’ll design, architect, and implement scalable solutions that power our quoting, order management, billing, and revenue workflows.

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will bridge technical and functional teams to ensure our quote-to-cash infrastructure is robust, automated, and aligned with Clio’s evolving business needs. This is not an operations or deal desk role—it's a technical systems role requiring deep platform knowledge, solution design experience, and an eye for scalable architecture.

What your team does:

Revenue Operations has one job—to drive growth by accelerating our revenue-generating teams. We directly support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance Teams by providing insights, reducing friction, and enabling teams to be innovative and self-sufficient.

Who you are:

We are looking for a leader to take our Quote to Cash Team to the next level: operational excellence, true teamwork, and a vision for the future. You bring a strong blend of business sense and system knowledge; you evaluate things holistically and think through the objective, impact, and best practices of solutions that scale.

What you’ll work on:
  • Serve as technical owner of Clio’s Quote to Cash architecture, with a focus on Salesforce, third-party CPQ solution and integrations with Finance applications.

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and system configurations.

  • Lead the technical design, development, deployment, and documentation of scalable QTC solutions—including pricing logic, product catalog structures, approval workflows, and billing triggers.

  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of CPQ features, including co-terming, amendments, renewals, multi-product configurations, discounting logic, and quote templates.

  • Build and maintain integrations between CPQ application and Finance applications to support automated order creation, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

  • Define and enforce best practices for QTC system configuration, security, and governance in coordination with IT and Security teams.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to RevOps and Finance leadership on how to scale our QTC architecture to support new pricing models, products, and geographies.

  • Maintain a technology roadmap for QTC systems, identifying opportunities for system upgrades, automation, and technical debt reduction.

  • Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming for QTC projects in collaboration with Admins and Developers.

  • Stay current on Salesforce, CPQ and ERP platform releases, recommending enhancements or process improvements where applicable.

What you may have:
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem roles with deep hands-on expertise in CPQ applications (Salesforce, DealHub, BigMachines or other CPQ modules a plus).

  • 3+ years of experience working with Finance applications such as NetSuite, Leapfin, specifically in areas related to order management, invoicing, and rev rec.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and building scalable QTC solutions in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business.

  • Strong understanding of QTC business processes including quoting, deal configuration, contract lifecycle, billing, and revenue recognition.

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and system configurations.

  • Experience with system integration design, including data flows between CRM, CPQ, ERP, and finance systems.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills—able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

  • Comfort leading Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog refinement in a platform team context.

  • A builder’s mindset—excited to improve, modernize, and scale complex systems.
