About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations at GlossGenius, you will be the founding leader of our Revenue Operations team and play a critical role in creating and optimizing our sales processes to drive revenue growth for the business. You’ll collaborate with sales leadership and lead a cross-functional team to analyze sales performance, identify trends to inform our sales strategy and ensure our processes, systems, analytics and insights and enablement are as effective as possible. Scaling our sales effort is a high-visibility strategic initiative for the company and this role will help drive that.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and can be based remotely in the greater San Francisco, Seattle, or Miami area, OR hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office) from our NYC headquarters.  

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Enhance sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency
  • Implement and refine sales processes that enhance lead conversion rates, improve deal velocity, and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Build alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives forward, working across sales, customer success, marketing, finance, support, and product
  • Own and manage our sales & marketing tools (Hubspot is our CRM)

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, RevOps, or related field; SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data, and build robust, scalable reporting systems that drive business decisions
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize a variety of sales tools including Hubspot
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, revenue drivers, and sales related metrics

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $155,000-$185,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
