About this role  

Our Revenue & Payment Operations Team is growing and seeking an experienced professional to run the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle and help drive the implementation of our next generation of clients and products. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for delivering quality revenue and payment services, ensuring achievement of key metrics related to timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is excited to roll up their sleeves to dive into the details to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction, as well as serve as a strategic planner and business partner for key stakeholders across the organization. 

What you'll do 

  • Own and manage day-to-day operations of the Transcarent revenue cycle, including developing qualitative and quantitative metrics to drive client satisfaction and achieve results 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Transcarent’s billing and payment processes during onboarding of new clients and partners 
  • Drive team performance through goal-setting, culture building, coaching and feedback, and the development of formal policies and procedures 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations, meet deadlines, and build scaleable processes  
  • Become an integral part of creating an incredible Transcarent experience by troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving billing, payment, and other operational issues in a timely manner, both independently and cross-functionally 

What we’re looking for 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, operations, and/or revenue cycle management 
  • Background in healthcare, digital health, or related discipline – high-growth startup experience preferred 
  • Proven leader of people and processes – experience leading and scaling a high-performing team 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and enthusiasm for client service  
  • Ability to build trust quickly, serving as an advisor and key decision-maker 
  • Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional projects in a deliverable-focused environment 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving organization with a willingness to be flexible and take on new challenges  

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:

$100,000$140,000 USD

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location  

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
