What You’ll Do:

Lead the Process: Manage proposal timelines, lead kickoff meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.

Make an Impact: Create tailored resumes, narratives, and promotional materials that win projects.

Perfect the Message: Edit and proofread materials for accuracy, tone, and branding alignment.

Own the Details: Organize and maintain marketing files and ensure accessibility for the team.

Collaborate: Partner with technical teams to develop engaging marketing collateral.

Enhance Materials: Support marketing initiatives like presentations, brochures, and awards.
What You Bring to the Team:

Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in technical writing or editing (bonus if it’s in the AEC industry!).

Education or Experience: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Exceptional Skills: Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools.

Additional Information
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $90,000 - $115,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
