Position Summary:
Cority Software, a global leader in Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and Sustainability management solutions, is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Pricing & Research Analyst. This role will focus on optimizing pricing frameworks, analyzing evolving market needs, and conducting research projects to support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Product Strategy, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning pricing strategies with product value, market needs, customer requirements, and Cority’s broader growth objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage pricing models and structures aligned with product value and market positioning.
- Support product launches and growth initiatives with tailored pricing strategies and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research on various pricing models and perform competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and opportunities for strategic pricing improvements
- Monitor and analyze pricing framework performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and presenting recommendations to leadership for real-time adjustments
- Conduct targeted market and pricing research at the EVP’s request, analyzing emerging trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions and future investments.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Lead efforts to identify evolving customer requirements and industry shifts, providing in-depth analysis to support market-entry initiatives and regional pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GSA pricing requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align GSA pricing with Cority’s broader strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align pricing and market strategies with business goals.
- Ensure pricing updates are implemented accurately in internal systems and effectively communicated.
- Serve as a resource for resolving pricing inquiries and supporting sales enablement efforts.

Qualifications and Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPP) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, market analysis, or strategic planning, ideally in SaaS or software industries.
- Familiarity with GSA pricing compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver research and pricing initiatives on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
