Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer, Features to join our Marvel Strike Force team remotely in the United States or Canada on a remote basis.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Marvel Strike Force is Scopely's squad-based Hero Collector RPG, housing heroes and villains across the Marvel Universe.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Producer, you’ll own the end-to-end feature development pipeline for MARVEL Strike Force - partnering with Product to turn strategy into a clear annual roadmap, then driving predictable, outcome-focused delivery across multiple cross-functional pods.  You’ll keep teams aligned on player experience, remove friction in how we build, and strengthen the bridge between Features and the Live Show so what we ship is operable and impactful within the live experience.

  • Own the feature pipeline and annual roadmap across seven outcome-oriented pods (discovery → planning → build → validation → launch → learn)
  • Partner with Product leadership to translate goals into roadmap structure, milestones, value slices, and release commitments; manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Own and continuously improve the feature development pipeline across pods (planning cadence, reviews, operating standards) to reduce rework, simplify coordination, and make delivery more predictable over time - driving both process and mindset shifts
  • Drive stakeholder management as a core lever of delivery: ensure the right leaders are in the right conversations at the right time, align on outcomes/decisions early, and prevent late stage surprises and churn
  • Coordinate across feature pods and partner teams (Live Ops, Analytics, Release/Build, Marketing/UA, CS/Community) so features launch cleanly and are supported end-to-end
  • Coach and manage feature producers to raise the bar on planning and execution
What We're Looking For
  • 5-7+ years of game or digital product production experience (or equivalent), ideally on live service teams
  • Proven experience owning multi-team roadmaps and driving delivery across multiple pods/workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong fundamentals in planning, prioritization, dependency/risk management, and exec communication
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through influence across Product, Design/UX, UI, Engineering, and QA

Bonus Points

  • Experience shipping gameplay features in F2P mobile/live service games
  • Familiarity with validation loops (prototypes, playtests, A/B tests) and learning-driven iteration
  • Experience bridging feature teams with Live Ops for ongoing operability
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, AirTable, Miro, etc
