Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Experience to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. Product Managers at Dandy drive the ideation, delivery and rollout of industry-defining products and experiences for our customers (Dentists). In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with our world class engineering and business teams (staffed with alums of Google, Apple, Airbnb, Uber, Palantir, and more) to drive step changes in both growth and experience.

This role is on our Clinical Experience team and responsible for many of the core software flows that our customers use daily in their dental practices. You’ll help customers track and manage their orders, get in touch when they’re having problems, refine the designs of physical products before they go to fabrication and get in touch with expert support for guidance on complex cases.

What You'll Do

Product development at Dandy is an extremely collaborative effort, with multiple teams composed of UX, Engineering, Data and Product Management empowered to solve the most important problems for the business at large. In this role you will:

  • Drive product strategy and vision within the Clinical Experience area, developing products that power the core day-to-day experience that dental practices interact with like order tracking and support

  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics and a cross-section of business stakeholders to identify opportunities, launch products, experiment and iterate based on learnings

  • Go deep with our customers to understand their needs and motivations

  • Clearly communicate how we’re measuring success to key members of the org to ensure the team is aligned on context and vision

  • Be a thought partner with stakeholders outside of the tech org to align goals, resources, and make trade-offs to land on the right strategic prioritization for the business at large.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for creative and curious product thinkers who can develop and grow a compelling vision for Dandy's products. We seek an experienced product manager accustomed to working in a hyper-growth, customer obsessed organization.

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, managing software products through the full lifecycle from MVP to general release and subsequent iterations

  • An entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact

  • Experience leading products that require coordination across many stakeholders and cross functional teams. Able to handle ambiguity to solve large open-ended problems

  • Customer focused mindset and empathy for the end user.

  • Experience partnering with Design teams to craft intuitive workflows that improve our user experience and make it a delightful experience

  • An effective communicator and influencer. Ability to write strong product requirements, and drive consensus across functions and teams

Bonus Points For

  • Time spent at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth

  • Experience building customer support products

  • Familiarity with dental or healthcare industries
