As a Senior Product Manager for Data & AI, you will drive the strategy, development, and management of the data platform at VTS.  You will collaborate closely with our data engineering, data science, machine learning, and analytics engineering teams to ensure that data is available, reliable, and easy to use for our internal teams to leverage and drive insights for a multitude of use cases. You will also have the opportunity to spearhead the evolution of our research and development of AI and ML initiatives within the organization to drive additional functionalities. 

This is a great opportunity for the data-centric product manager with experience working with data, analytics, and machine learning/AI engineering teams to continue to apply their expertise to help our VTS teams unlock additional capabilities and value across the company. What you can expect as a Senior Product Manager, Data & AI: 

  • Lead sessions with our engineering teams to gather insights and feedback on how to enable our different teams and functions from the lens of data, analytics, and ML/AI.
  • Measure and synthesize the quantitative and qualitative feedback on our tools and processes, and drive process improvements based on these findings.
  • Develop a roadmap that aligns with customer value and business goals.
  • Ship high-quality solutions everyday by working closely with your squad.
  • Lead the rollout of new processes, products and features through limited availability and general availability.
  • Communicate and form alignment with groups internally.These include data science and ML teams, data engineering, feature and platform engineering, QA, executive team, customers, partners, sales, and our customers.

To succeed in this role: 

  • You have experience as a Product Manager in an SaaS or B2B startup, ideally working with data engineering and data science teams. Experience with machine learning or AI teams would be a significant plus.
  • You have a strong technical competence, ability and affinity for tackling technical projects.
  • You are a truly empathetic listener: to your team and stakeholders.
  • You are clear and concise in your communication.
  • You care deeply about best product practices and standards – just shipping isn’t enough for you.
