About You

We are seeking a seasoned and proven product leader to lead the strategic direction and execution of key parts of the AppDirect commerce platform, focusing on providing managed connectivity for IT teams. This role is essential for enhancing our platform's capabilities to provide seamless, reliable, and scalable network services for customers around the world.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our managed services platform, aligning with business goals and market needs in IT networking.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for the managed connectivity platform from ideation through launch and iteration, as well as related programs to ensure the product’s success.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive data specific to managed network services to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
  • Work closely with Business, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver managed connectivity solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Define and track success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in network services.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product development process for managed connectivity.
  • Optimize the managed connectivity platform for scalability, efficiency, and user satisfaction, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices in IT networking.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in product management, with a strong focus on managed network services, connectivity platforms, IT networking, and related infrastructure. Experience with telecommunications or cloud networking is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies (e.g., SD-WAN), cloud infrastructure, network security, data visualization for network analytics, and event-driven architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards a common vision for network product development.
  • Proficiency in network analytics tools, performance monitoring, and metrics-driven decision-making for connectivity platforms.
  • Excellent ability to articulate complex networking concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
