About the Role:
Atlassian is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the Multi-Product Onboarding. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and execution of onboarding experiences across Atlassian's suite of products. Onboarding will allow us to tailor the customer's product experience based on who they are and their job-to-be-done, thereby reducing time to value, building habitual use, and driving paid seat expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy for Multi-Product Onboarding, driving co-product MAU across Atlassian's portfolio.
  • Customer Experience: Develop tailored onboarding experiences that reduce time to value, foster habitual use, and drive purchase and paid seat expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences that highlight high-value features and drive engagement.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Establish and track key metrics for Onboarding and Engaged Instances measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Innovation: Lead the conceptualization of multi-product onboarding workflows, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across products.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technology environments; bonus points with prior PLG/self-serve onboarding experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $162,000 - $216,000
Zone B: $145,800 - $194,400
Zone C: $134,500 - $179,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
