About the Role:

As our Senior Product Manager, you'll spearhead the launch of digital and physical credit and debit cards, leveraging your expertise in consumer payment products. You’ll work on groundbreaking products that redefine the card experience, whether through “buy now, pay later” (BNPL) platforms, digital wallet solutions, or card-linked payment innovations.

Your experience owning a P&L for card-related products will be instrumental as you drive high-impact, consumer-facing initiatives. If you’re skilled at navigating the challenges of the card ecosystem and have a solid background in successful card product launches, this role is made for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development, launch, and growth of digital and physical credit or debit card products.

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of card products, from market research and product design to launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative card solutions.

  • Define and execute the roadmap for card-related products, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings to continuously improve product features.

  • Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring that card products meet revenue and profitability targets.

  • Develop a clear, compelling product vision for consumer payment products that resonates with our target audience.

Who You Are

  • You have 5-10 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on launching credit or debit card products.

  • Direct experience with consumer payment products like Affirm, Klarna, Apple Pay, Cash App, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of the card ecosystem, including digital wallets, BNPL, and card-linked payment products.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize P&L, with a track record of achieving revenue goals for card products.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders to balance competing priorities.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with smart contract engineering or blockchain-related products.

  • Established network within fintech or consumer payment communities.

  • Background in both startup and established company environments, with an understanding of scaling card products.

Compensation

United States: 350k - 512k comp total compensation (this includes RSU's that vest quarterly. performance bonuses can increase the total comp further. see the loom for more info). Compensation depends on leveling and location.
