We are looking for a talented, passionate, dynamic, results-oriented product marketing leader to champion Benevity’s market and product leadership and advance the corporate purpose software category. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will bring your experience working for global B2B SaaS companies to help Benevity build market demand and use for its products and services. You will manage our product and services go-to-market (GTM) plans by supporting commercial readiness, helping define sales plays, markets and segments for our products, and collaborate cross-functionally on strategies and programs that achieve our revenue and market growth as you continue to shape a new category. As the lead product marketer for our services, you'll be a critical partner in achieving product-level revenue goals As corporate purpose takes centre-stage in the world, and as Benevity further strengthens its leadership in the impact and inclusion space, this is an incredibly exciting time to lead the charge on marketing products and solutions that power purpose and make our world better!

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, Success, Enablement and Operations teams to build and execute product marketing plans and GTM motions that help achieve business goals of Benevity’s products and solutions
  • Lead product marketing for our full portfolio of services inclusive of developing and executing product go-to-market (GTM) strategies and launches
  • Identify and develop new monetization opportunities for products and services, build the right messaging, positioning, support packaging and pricing. Collaborate  with Demand Generation, Client Marketing, Content Marketing & Communications, Brand Marketing, Enablement, Product, Sales and Client Success to effectively bring these to market
  • Collaborate with pricing and packaging team to devise strategies for all existing and new products including new product launches, promotions and deal desk approvals
  • Ensure seamless GTM integration with Product, Sales and Client Success  from product definition and  messaging to value creation in the sales process and product merchandising
  • Map the positioning and messaging to a content strategy aligned to the sales process to achieve higher conversion throughout the funnel
  • Act as a liaison with Product leadership to provide input, market insight and support for communicating the value created via the product roadmap and vision
  • Engage with clients and Sales to refine messaging and positioning and enablement tools
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership and Enablement to ensure development of effective product- and solutions-related training materials for Benevity-ites and clients
  • Foster enthusiasm and pride among internal teams on new product-related developments and launches
  • Improve operations by establishing clear objectives and key results, aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure the team’s impact and manage its priorities and productivity
  • Understand the market through market analysis, input from Sales and Client Success teams, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence to generate and share insights about our target audience’s needs, priorities, and challenges

What you will bring:

  • 7-10+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions with experience in leading product marketing for services
  • Proven ability to execute cross-functional strategies, programs, and projects, on-time, and effectively
  • Proven experience working at the global level to capitalize international markets and nurture markets at varying levels of maturity
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and teams, including managing executive stakeholders in a high-growth environment. Great collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally with or without authority
  • Proven track record  launching differentiated products, solutions and services in the B2B space. Bonus points for experience with financial services or fintech solutions
  • Proven experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a B2B environment to drive revenue growth
  • Experience with new product introduction by market and different geographies
  • Strategic planning, execution and measurement skills
  • Experience working with B2B companies transforming to enterprise SaaS a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills with audiences that vary across C-level executives, analysts, client champions, prospects, and throughout the Benevity organization
  • A passion for understanding and solving client needs, with the ability to translate information into actionable insights and align the organization
  • Results orientation and resourcefulness
  • Strong organization skills, independent thinking and flexibility
