Okta is The World’s Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology, anywhere, on any device or app. Our flexible and neutral products, Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, provide secure access, authentication, and automation, placing identity at the core of business security and growth.
At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box - we’re looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences.
Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.

Our team's primary goal is to drive growth for Okta by delivering efficient, scalable Product Marketing (PMM) programs that accelerate go-to-market impact.

As a Product Marketing Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in scaling the impact of Okta's Product Marketing organization. You are a seasoned program manager who understands that scalable processes and efficient operations are the engine of a high-growth company. You will take ownership of cross-functional PMM programs, leading them from strategy through execution and continuous optimization.

This role requires a blend of strategic thought leadership, rigorous project management, and a passion for creating efficiency. You will be the central connector, ensuring alignment, operational readiness, and continuous improvement across the PMM organization and its partners.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute and scale PMM programs: Own, define, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for cross-functional Product Marketing programs, such as Okta events, Ask PMM Field process, and PMM on the Road programs.
  • Drive operational efficiency: Identify, design, and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practice guides to improve the velocity, consistency, and impact of the PMM team.
  • Strategic governance: Establish and maintain governance structures, timelines, and reporting mechanisms for key PMM initiatives, providing thought leadership on how PMM executes its mission.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Lead cross-functional working groups across various teams, including Events, Customer Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, Customer First, and Enablement, to ensure seamless coordination and GTM readiness.
  • Data-driven optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for PMM programs, collect and analyze data, and use insights to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Risk mitigation and alignment: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate alignment on key decisions among diverse stakeholders to keep programs on track.
  • Documentation and enablement: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and training materials to formalize best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of progressive experience in Program/Project Management, Operations, or Product Marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Program management expertise: Proven ability to successfully execute programs involving multiple teams and competing priorities.
  • Strategic and tactical agility: Demonstrated ability to define the strategic 'why' and the tactical 'how' for programs. Must be able to pivot seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed project execution.
  • Communication and influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate complex program status, risks, and impact to both working teams and senior executives.
  • GTM fluency: Strong understanding of the product development and go-to-market lifecycle, particularly how Product Marketing integrates with Sales, Enablement, Post-Sales, Product Management, etc.
  • Results-oriented: Demonstrates consistent high quality, diligent follow-through, and a commitment to achieving successful project outcomes.
  • Technical acumen: Experience leveraging tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Tableau, etc.) to manage, track, and report on program progress. Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and technologies.
