  • Champion process simplification and standardization, ensuring outcomes are automation-ready and customer-centric.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, customer experience, and financial impact.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.
About You

You’re a fit for the Senior Program Manager role if you bring:

  • A BS/BA degree (required); advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives across commercial functions.
  • Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution.
  •  Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with software development life cycles and technology-enabled process design.
  •  Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
Why Join Us?
