About the Role
This is a Senior Project Control Officer / Project Analyst role focused on US Treasury.
Responsibilities
- Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders by effectively communicating project progress, addressing concerns and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Work closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap by understanding their business goals and objectives, and aligning project deliverables
- Gather comprehensive and accurate requirements from clients by using a variety of techniques, such as interviews and workshops
- Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements
- Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
- Create clear, concise and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders by using data visualization and storytelling techniques, and tailoring content to the audience’s level of understanding
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years Business Analysis experience
- Ability to create Business Cases
- Lead effective requirements workshops by facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to elicit detailed and comprehensive requirements
- Familiar with creation of EPICs, and writing of User Stories
- Independently leading sessions to gather information from key stakeholders
- Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage
- Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users with a demonstrated ability to form strong business relationships
- Agile methodology experience
- Financial Industry experience
