Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Bridge team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Responsible for completing/managing or contributing to a project or part of a project of varying complexity

  • Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area

  • May supervise early level professionals and/or support employees

  • Assist with recruitment

Knowledge
Level of participation required for the collection, documentation & drafting of materials related to intellectual capital & training requirements

  • Responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area

  • Developing in-depth technical expertise

  • Assists in delivering training

  • Technical resource

  • Keeps abreast of technical developments

  • Captures best practices

  • Identifies current and future development needs


Communication
The nature and level of communication required

  • Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)

  • Participates in/supports business development processes

  • Participates in proposal writing by providing technical review and advice
