The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large, complex, cross functional initiatives within the Wealth portfolio, delivering outcomes aligned to enterprise priorities and business goals. This role manages projects end to end, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget commitments are met while maintaining strong governance, executive visibility, and stakeholder alignment.The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted partner to Sponsors and senior stakeholders, supports informed decision making, and acts as the primary point of coordination across business, technology, vendors, and third party partners.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead large, cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to approved scope, schedule, and budget.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery tracking artifacts.
- Deliver results that align with defined business outcomes, strategic objectives, and enterprise priorities.
Executive & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate Steering Committees and stakeholder status meetings.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable project updates tailored for executive audiences.
- Partner closely with Executive Sponsors and key stakeholders to support timely, informed decision‑making.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and cross‑initiative dependencies.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and track issues through resolution and closure.
- Escalate risks and decisions appropriately, ensuring transparency and governance discipline.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams, IT, vendors, and third‑party partners.
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, delivery teams, and external dependencies.
- Proactively manage impacts and interdependencies across the broader Wealth initiative portfolio.
Leadership & PMO Capability Building
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Support consistent application of PMO standards, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance within the PMO.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives with senior executive and Steering Committee engagement.
- Strong background in project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proven ability to manage vendors and third‑party partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into executive‑level insights.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 - $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
