What it’s like to be a Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer

The Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer is responsible for collaborating on the development and execution of large, complex projects. Sr. Quality Assurance Engineers have extensive skill, experience, and knowledge in quality assurance testing solutions.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineers lead projects with 5-10 internal/external resources. Sr. Quality Assurance Engineers develop and execute strategic solutions to problems and find opportunities for improvements.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

  • Support the identification of best quality assurance solutions by identifying methods and uses of technology to test solution requirements.

  • Assist in testing system enhancements and products for discrepancies, and document relevant information and data in an accurate and timely manner as required.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge and understanding of company operations/procedures, and insurance industry trends/developments, to enhance the quality assurance process.

If you have:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or related field.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of testing practices, terminology and methodology.

  • Knowledge of insurance, business, and technical areas; Property and Casualty Insurance experience is an asset.
