Why you’ll love this role: 

We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager, Field Content & Communications to own and enhance our field content management system and build a new field communications program from the ground up. In this individual contributor role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and other key stakeholders to ensure field teams have the right content, resources, and communications that are easy to discover and consume, to drive customer success and revenue growth.


As an active member of our team, you will:

  • Manage and optimize the field content management system, ensuring fast discoverability, easy access, content organization, and version control for all field-facing content.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive field communications program to keep field teams informed and aligned with key initiatives, updates, and resources.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to curate, maintain, and deliver timely, relevant, and impactful content to the field.
  • Develop communication channels and cadences to distribute critical information to customer-facing teams.
  • Gather feedback from field teams to continuously improve content accessibility, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze content usage and engagement metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across all communications.

If you’ve got it - we want it:

  • 3-5 years of experience in field communications, content management, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage content repositories and design effective communication programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships across departments.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and communication platforms (e.g., Workshop, Poppulo).
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for improving field effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise software or observability space is a plus.

(171,000- 235,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.
