About the role:

The Sr. Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing Tempo's revenue generation engine by supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of core Rev Ops strategies and processes. A key part of this role involves rigorous analysis of sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights, driving sales efficiency and overall revenue growth. The analyst will partner closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue forecasting, reporting, and collaborate on optimizing pricing strategies, contributing directly to the company's financial health and strategic decision-making.

A major focus for this position will be the design, support, and execution of sales compensation plans and incentive programs, including the critical implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Xactly compensation system. Furthermore, the analyst will be responsible for the technical administration of our Go-To-Market tools(Salesforce), customizing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows to support a data-driven environment. This role is essential for identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and automation across the revenue organization, while also staying current on the latest features of Salesforce and other GTM technologies.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of core Revenue Operations strategies and processes.

  • Design, support, and execute sales compensation plans and incentive programs, with a critical focus on the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Xactly compensation system.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights, driving sales efficiency and overall revenue growth.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue forecasting, reporting, and the optimization of pricing strategies.

  • Serve as the technical administrator for Go-To-Market tools (Salesforce), customizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to support a data-driven environment.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation across the revenue organization.

  • Stay current on the latest features of Salesforce and other GTM technologies, evaluating their potential for system enhancements and increased efficiency.


Who you are:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue operations or sales enablement role.

  • Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Highspot platforms including system configuration and customization.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a “connector” comfortable collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Able to handle high ambiguity but still maintain high judgement.
