Who are you? 

Movemedical is seeking a strategic, technical Senior Sales Engineer to drive enterprise SaaS sales through technical expertise, ERP integration process mapping, and solution design in the medical device logistics space. As a key member of the Sales team, this role blends deep technical acumen with consultative sales skills, helping prospective customers understand how Movemedical’s platform can solve their operational challenges.

The Senior Sales Engineer’s ultimate goal is to help customers visualize themselves using the software to its fullest potential - guiding them from initial engagement to a deep understanding of how our solution transforms their processes and operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise SaaS, ERP integrations, process mapping, and technical solution consulting. They will be comfortable leading system architecture discussions, making real-time adjustments to demo environments, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders—from IT teams to executive leadership. 
 

What will you do?

  • You will lead technical demonstrations and presentations that showcase how Movemedical’s platform addresses customer needs, optimizes workflows, and integrates with ERP systems.

  • You will process mapping & ERP integration: Work closely with customers to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define integration strategies (ERP, Master Data, Supply Chain Systems).

  • You will partner with the Sales team to understand customer pain points, answer technical questions, and support sales efforts with tailored solutions.

  • You will establish strong rapport and credibility with prospects by deeply understanding their challenges and demonstrating how Movemedical can solve them.

  • You will manage, configure, and adapt the Movemedical demo environment to align with customer-specific use cases, ensuring engaging and effective presentations.

  • You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and provide feedback for product enhancements.

  • You will assist in crafting high-level rollout and deployment strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new customers. 

What skills and experience do we expect you to have?

  • You have 6+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a technical pre-sales role within enterprise SaaS.

  • You have extensive ERP + SaaS integration experience, including hands-on expertise with system architecture, data flows, and API integrations.

  • You have deep understanding of medical device logistics, supply chain management, or last-mile inventory solutions.

  • You possess technical expertise in process mapping, system integrations, and configuring software solutions for enterprise clients.  

  • You have a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
    Proficiency in coding (Java) to configure software solutions for enterprise clients is a MUST.

  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience leading demos, workshops, and technical discussions.

  • You have the ability to lead cross-functional projects, working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

  • You are highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

At Movemedical, your base pay is part of a comprehensive total compensation package. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 USD, varying based on your experience and qualifications.
