Role Description: Senior Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist, APAC Role Purpose: 

Wasabi Technologies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist to support our growing APAC business. This cross-functional role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to drive sales effectiveness through enablement programs, operational excellence, and data-driven insights.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering training, and improving processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll play a key role in equipping the sales team for success while continuously improving systems, tools, and workflows.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations. 

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

  • Manage account assignments, territory alignment, and rules of engagement, ensuring clarity across the sales organization.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to improve sales productivity and support decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to support territory planning, quota allocation, and forecasting for APAC. 
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership. 
  • Maintain data integrity within Salesforce and ensure pipeline hygiene and sales process adherence.
  • Support regional cadence including QBRs, pipeline reviews and forecast calls.
  • Contribute to global projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed.

Sales Enablement:

  • Deliver and support training programs for the APAC sales organization including new hire onboarding. 
  • Manage enablement operations, including training calendars, content libraries, onboarding programs, and ongoing education initiatives.
  • Localize global enablement content, tools, and processes for the APAC region.
  • Serve as the APAC point of contact for global enablement initiatives, ensuring regional alignment and adoption.
  • Track and analyze enablement effectiveness (e.g., onboarding ramp time, win rates, certification completion) and continuously optimize programs. 
  • Support the rollout of new tools, product updates and processes. 
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement or a training-focused role.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones. 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
