Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to help build and evolve the Salesforce-based core of the LeaseWorks product suite. LeaseWorks provides software that helps aircraft lessors and airlines manage the full lifecycle of leased aircraft, including portfolio management, contracts, maintenance reserves, invoicing, technical records, utilization tracking, and workflow automation.

This role is primarily focused on Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and platform scalability. You will design and deliver complex features across multiple business domains while ensuring the platform remains reliable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices.

Our engineering team embraces AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation. You'll work with modern AI-powered development workflows while helping deliver intelligent features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform best practices.
  • Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
  • Design scalable Salesforce data models, configurations, and application architecture.
  • Support reporting and document generation solutions, including PowerBI dashboards and Nintex DocGen templates.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and streamline troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to AI-powered product capabilities, automation, and reporting enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain supporting services and integrations using technologies such as Python and React when needed.
  • Write and maintain high-quality unit and integration tests.
  • Refactor and improve existing solutions to reduce technical debt and enhance scalability.
  • Participate in estimation, code reviews, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.


Technology Stack


Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, Triggers), Salesforce DX, REST APIs, PowerBI, Nintex DocGen, Git, Python, React, and AI-assisted development tools including Cursor and BugBot.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, governor limits, and platform best practices.
  • Experience designing scalable applications, integrations, and distributed system architectures.
  • Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and secure authentication frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
  • Strong testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Nintex DocGen, Python, or React is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in aviation, finance, and becoming a domain expert in aircraft leasing.
