About the Role:

Quantiphi is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to contribute to the development of modern, scalable applications that power real-world business solutions. You'll work across the full stack, helping to modernize legacy systems, enhance embedded analytics dashboards, and participate in critical data migration projects—such as onboarding customers from learning management systems like Blackboard.

This is a hands-on development role requiring strong experience in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and comfort working across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to build robust, cloud-native solutions that are performant, secure, and user-friendly.

What Success Look Like:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications with attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Contribute to data migration initiatives involving Blackboard, using Node.js and C# to support integration and transformation

• Build and enhance embedded analytics dashboards using AWS QuickSight, Highcharts, and modern front-end technologies

• Support modernization efforts for legacy applications (e.g., updating a PHP-based storefront)

• Develop backend services in Java (11 & 17) using Spring MVC

• Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate systems

• Implement clean, responsive front-end UIs using JavaScript, jQuery, and frameworks like React or Angular

• Deploy and maintain applications on Azure, or other cloud environments (GCP/AWS)

• Participate in code reviews, follow secure coding practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (11 & 17), Spring MVC, SQL, and RESTful APIs

• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS

• Exposure to Node.js and C# in a project context

• Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally Azure (GCP or AWS acceptable)

• Understanding of version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD workflows

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to haves: 

• Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks

• Exposure to GenAI development tools

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

• Experience working in data-intensive or EdTech environments

• Exposure to SCORM standards, especially in EdTech or LMS-related projects
