As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer for Quality and CI/CD to join our team and drive the effort to improve our CI/CD and quality efforts..
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a seasoned Senior Software Engineer for Quality and CI/CD with a passion for ensuring the quality reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based infrastructure. You thrive in dynamic environments and possess a deep understanding of Azure technologies. Your expertise in DevOps methodologies and compliance standards makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and are dedicated to driving innovation and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As Senior Software Engineer for Quality and CI/CD you will be responsible for ensuring high quality of the Hyperproof application and improving the engineering CD/CD systems. You’ll work closely with Engineering and SRE to make sure exceptional monitoring is in place that allows us to detect and fix issues rapidly in all environments. You will work hand in hand with all members of the engineering and product support teams to understand upcoming new features as well as existing weak points in product quality deeply. You will also be responsible for making sure all Testing tools are integrated into the CI/CD system and working effectively across all teams and services. You will help train the team in how to take advantage of the test tools to improve Hyperproof’s overall quality.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 5+ years experience in Quality and CI/CD engineering roles, with a focus on managing Azure-based infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, adapt, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services and tools, including Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Azure monitoring solutions.
- Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, JIRA, ADO
- Strong knowledge of Quality and DevOps methodologies and practices, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Familiarity with or interest in learning about compliance standards and regulations, particularly GDPR and EU data protection requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, optimizing performance, and maintaining high availability in a production environment.

We're a fully remote company dedicated to finding the best talent regardless of location.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
We respect your time and aim for transparency throughout the interview process. Expect:
- A 20-minute initial chat with our Principal People & Talent Partner.
- Three 60-minute 1:1 interviews with members of our engineering team, when one of them will be the hiring manager.
During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask any important questions you may have. This will also give our team a chance to get to know you better and determine the right fit for you within our team.
The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.

$140,000—$165,000 USD
