ABOUT THE TEAM
- Anduril’s internal LLM stack integrates together many knowledge sources into a single point of reference, providing needed context for our users and internal AI applications. Specific applications include but are not limited to building pipelines to ingest information from all Anduril knowledge sources, implementing secure RAG applications to make that information available users, adding API support for new tooling, and delivering excellent frontend experiences that make it easier for our employees to use LLMs.
ABOUT THE JOBWHAT YOU’LL DO
- Propose and prototype LLM-based Agentic workflows that help solve real world problems, leveraging the latest state-of-the-art techniques in the field
- Develop and maintain core data ingestion and permission management systems for use in RAG applications
- Implement new agentic AI tooling that helps our employees do more, faster
- Work cross-functionally with different business lines across Anduril to help discover and scope new research problems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Python, or Go
- 4+ years experience in writing production code in a collaborative environment
- Experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions
- Very strong experience with API development and RESTful services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience designing and implementing RAG applications
- 0.5+ years implementing agentic LLM workflows in production application
- Prior experience in defense tech or start-up
- Holding an active security clearance
US Salary Range
$168,000—$252,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
