Job DescriptionRole: Lead Dot Net Developer
Location: Canada (100% Remote)
Duration: Full-time Employment
Must have Skills: SQL Server (Capable), C# (Strong).
Good To Have Skills: VB.Net, AWS knowledge (EC2, ALB , API Gateway, Logging Interpretation) , New Relic.
Job Overview:
- Lead Engineer - Proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET - SQL Server based T-SQL development experience.
- Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
- Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework and DotNetCore.
- Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining.
- Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation.
- On-call support - Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge and working experience on Agile - Customer Focused – Proactive.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
