Why Work Here?

Employees at ATCO are offered endless variety. We are entrepreneurial with a large degree of autonomy and freedom, experiencing new situations and learning opportunities every day. Internal advancement is commonplace, and we are always supported in our career journey. We believe in creating a workplace where you can thrive professionally while contributing to something greater and serving our communities.

About the Role:

As a Senior System Analyst, SCM Operations, you’ll help keep ATCO’s supply chain systems stable, scalable, and ready for what’s next. Working at the intersection of technology and operations, you’ll support and enhance Oracle-based supply chain applications that enable inventory, procurement, and endtoend supply chain execution.

You’ll partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues, support system changes, and turn operational challenges into practical solutions. Beyond daytoday support, you’ll play a key role in testing, releases, and the transition from project delivery into steadystate operations—driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across ATCO’s supply chain systems.

What You Get to Do:

  • Own the day-to-day reliability of ATCO’s supply chain systems, providing Tier 2/3 support, managing incidents and service requests, and ensuring SLA commitments are consistently met

  • Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand issues, clarify requirements, and translate operational needs into clear, actionable outcomes

  • Support and improve Oracle SaaS supply chain solutions, including inventory, procurement, costing, supplier portal, and related modules across releases and enhancements

  • Lead operational readiness for system changes, supporting UAT, deployments, patching, post-release activities, and the transition from delivery into steady-state operations

  • Drive continuous improvement by performing root cause analysis, identifying system and process enhancements, and strengthening long-term support and maintenance practices

  • Enable smooth business operations, supporting critical processes such as month-end activities, integrations, and system monitoring to ensure stability and performance

  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert, maintaining documentation, guiding best practices, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Information Systems or a related field

  • 8+ years of technical experience in supply chain system management applications supporting multiple modules including configuration

  • 3+ years of functional work experience in supply chain operations

  • Hands-on experience with multiple modules of Oracle Fusion, specifically inventory management

  • Experience working under defined SLAs

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience using productivity tools such as Office 365

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and professionally in a dynamic environment while managing multiple demands and priorities

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to explain technology to non-IT stakeholders using non-technical language

  • Maintain knowledge of IT solutions, service offerings, and emerging technologies

  • Ability to work in a team environment, build collaborative relationships, and negotiate with stakeholders

  • Ability to be discreet and trustworthy with confidential information

  • ITIL certification is an asset

  • Available for on-call rotational support

  • Oracle Redwood and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) are assets

  • Experience with ServiceNow is an asset

What We Offer:

  • A culture based on caring, integrity, agility, collaboration, and striving for excellence

  • Competitive compensation

  • Flex benefits

  • Tuition assistance program

  • Training and mentorship programs

  • Charitable donation matching

We would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
