About the role.
As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition, Delivery team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruitment support of manufacturing roles (salaried and hourly) by leveraging knowledge of local/regional/cultural nuances and handling unique language and time zone requirements. This position will focus on recruitment strategy to support our manufacturing locations in Eastern Canada and Easton, Maine.
What you'll be doing.
  • Acting as an expert in recruitment, you will build relationships; provide feedback and recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidate
  • Developing candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods and becoming an expert in the business areas you support
  • Conducting interviews to assess candidates; make hiring recommendations; provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing the job offer process, including negotiation, and consultation
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs for Plant and Manufacturing roles
  • Developing cost effective, efficient, proactive and innovative solutions to meet business recruiting needs
  • Using SuccessFactors (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain information during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis
  • Supporting total team development through mentorship, knowledge share, and best practices focused on curating a collaborative function
  • Participating in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed

What you'll need to be successful.
  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in a manufacturing environment; Prior agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies (ie LinkedIn, Indeed, local posting sites/affiliations, etc.)
  • Ability to apply recruitment knowledge / experience across recruitment policies, programs, processes and functions
  • Customer obsessed, ensuring candidate experience and stakeholder support is a top priority
  • Effective in navigating competing priorities including volume, location, and stakeholders
  • Ability to remain agile, supporting multiple sites/plants

Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
