How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify and evaluate potential IT projects for accomplishing team and company goals
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and outcomes

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Hybrid Opportunity: Ability to work remotely, with potential hybrid configuration at later date 
  • Must Have:  
    • 5+ years of experience in IT project management 
    • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification 
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or advanced degree preferred
