How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify and evaluate potential IT projects for accomplishing team and company goals
- Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule
- Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans as needed
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and outcomes
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Hybrid Opportunity: Ability to work remotely, with potential hybrid configuration at later date
- Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
- Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or advanced degree preferred
