Senior Technical Recruiter
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Corporate People & Culture Department (P&C) on the Talent Acquisition Team. This role is primarily responsible for Full-Cycle Recruitment of various Technology, Data, and IT roles at Four Seasons Corporate Office. The Senior Technical Recruiter may also assist with recruitment for other corporate roles when needed.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead tech recruitment efforts in a dynamic environment, shaping the future of our Technology Innovation & Data (TID) team and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
You will work closely with the TID Team, Hiring Managers, and People & Culture Managers (HR Business Partners) to manage recruitment processes and ensure Talent Acquisition Governance.
As an individual contributor, this position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week at the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario. #LI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by guiding both candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the full recruitment cycle, connecting top talent with Four Seasons.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand specific job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Post job requisitions using our internal ATS, social media, external job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, facilitating the interview process in partnership with Hiring Managers.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, proactively identifying top talent through various channels.
- Manage the offer process in close partnership with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices, monitoring all steps of the hiring process.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to anticipate future hiring needs and create talent rosters for upcoming roles.
- Act as a Four Seasons brand ambassador, championing our company culture.
Talent Acquisition Governance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition, ensuring an exceptional experience for both employees and candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including dashboard reviews and ad hoc reports.
- Manage and audit vendor relationships, reviewing contracts and conducting search firm vendor renewals.
- Maintain accurate and consistent job postings to ensure high-quality recruitment content.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to recruitment and hiring.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives across the P&C team as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support modification of Talent Acquisition processes and tools.
- Provide ad-hoc support to HR Business Partners and special projects to support Four Seasons Corporate People & Culture Team.
- Other additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree; in Business, Hospitality, or Human Resources preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in technology, data or IT Recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruiting for Corporate roles outside technology data or IT is an asset
- Experience developing and modifying Talent Acquisition processes and tools.
- Experience using Workday - Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn is an asset.
