  • Maintain consistency with the game's visual style, interaction patterns, and information hierarchy

  • Participate in reviews, playtests, and usability evaluations to refine the player experience

  • Champion usability, accessibility, and player-centered design throughout development

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in games

  • Shipped at least 2 titles, including 1 in a design leadership or feature leadership role

  • Experience designing UI for complex gameplay systems or feature-rich applications

  • Strong understanding of UX, information hierarchy, accessibility, interaction design, and usability best practices

  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Animate, or equivalent design tools

  • Experience designing controller-first interfaces and platform-specific UX

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
