What you bring to the table (besides a caffeine habit)

• You speak Gen AI fluently. Whether it’s GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or something proprietary, you know how to fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and deploy like a pro. Bonus points if you’ve wrangled RAG systems or built intelligent agents that actually do something useful.
• You’ve got receipts. We’re talking 2+ years of driving real revenue in eCommerce using Gen AI tools. Your campaigns don’t just “perform” — they convert, optimize, and scale. You know your CPAs from your COGS, and you’ve got the ROAS charts to prove it.
• You're half strategist, half mad scientist. You’ve customized LLMs for dynamic pricing, personalized recos, or other eComm magic tricks. You’re always testing, tweaking, and squeezing more performance out of every prompt.
• Chatbots? Handled. You’ve designed, automated, or integrated conversational bots that actually help people — and maybe even close sales. You understand NLP techniques that improve query understanding across D2C, marketplaces, and B2B channels.
• You don’t just know SEO — you weaponize it. You’ve built (and ranked) AI-generated product pages, blogs, and meta content that please both Google and humans.
• You turn personalization into profit. Using AI, CRM, and CDP data to drive next-level segmentation across web, email, direct mail, and paid? That’s Tuesday for you.
• Your test-and-learn game is fierce. A/B testing? Of course. But you go deeper — testing prompts, tweaking outputs, and ruthlessly analyzing conversion impact from the chatbot to the checkout.
• You’ve got a good nose for BS. Whether it’s sniffing out fake reviews, defending against poison pills, or implementing content moderation, you’re on high alert. (And you don’t fall for the shiny object AI tools that overpromise and underdeliver.)
• You make the complex simple. Cross-training non-technical teams on prompt best practices? No problem. You don’t gatekeep — you empower.
• And you’re plugged in. Always reading, testing, and reporting on what’s next in generative AI. If a new technique drops, you’re already 3 blog posts deep.

What Will You Earn? 

Our SEO Specialist (AI Search) position starts at $70,000 annually, and can go up to $90,000 depending on experience.
