This role is only open to applicants in the U.S. and Canada and will be managed by a team in Canada.


We're currently looking to expand our team, and are ready to welcome a new team player who is proactive, curious, and passionate about their field. An SEO Specialist who likes to learn continuously and progress in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.



What You'll Do:

  • Conduct inbound SEO within a broader inbound strategy context.
  • Develop content proposals and research keyword opportunities.
  • Make content recommendations and write editorial briefs
  • Participate in strategy development and optimize important SEO factors
  • Develop strategies for (netlinking, white-hat)
  • Optimize clients’ Google Business Profiles
  • Optimize websites for local search (local SEO)
  • Propose ideas to improve the natural search ranking of websites
  • Be able to make recommendations and conduct SEO audits (technical, on-site, and off-site).
  • Implement recommended SEO strategies

A Typical Day for You Would Include:

  • Communicating with account managers and/or clients.
  • Collaborating with Globalia’s internal teams.
  • Creating, planning, assigning tasks, and managing SEO project follow-ups.
  • Using various organizational tools such as TeamWork, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Moz, Semrush.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written is a plus but not required
  • Awareness of the latest SEO trends
  • Ability to synthesize information
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Autonomy and rigor
  • Ability to convey information effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Looker Studio
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Expertise in SEM-SMM-CRO
  • Knowledge of e-commerce
  • Product feed optimization
  • Experience with data layers
  • Content writing experience
  • Data structure experience
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing
