The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineering Manager to lead our ServiceNow development team. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across GRC/IRM, CMDB, HRSD, ITSM and other modules. You will be responsible for driving technical initiatives, guiding a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs and compliance requirements.


What you’ll do: 

  • Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven, and forward-thinking work environment that inspires creativity and maximizes productivity
  • Oversee and and participate in the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow across various modules
  • Establish and enforce robust development standards and governance processes across the ServiceNow platform to ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions
  • Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security policies, ensuring the team delivers solutions that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable
  • Ensure that ServiceNow configurations adhere to security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and industry best practices, continuously enhancing the platform’s capabilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow’s GRC and IRM modules to meet enterprise risk management, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Design and implement a technical debt remediation plan, in alignment with the architecture and operating model strategy of the SMO
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Develop and execute key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and align with broader organizational goals
  • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to ensure full alignment
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals and operational needs


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years experience as ServiceNow Engineering Manager  
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow application development, including JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and custom application development
  • Expertise in ServiceNow GRC and IRM module implementation and configuration
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server, web services)
  • Experience with all the ServiceNow modules
  • Deep understanding of the ITSM framework (ITIL) and how to leverage it to drive business outcomes
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, dashboard creation, and data analytics
  • Able to provide security standards beyond workday platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ITIL V4 Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
