About the Role
InBeat is hiring a Shopify Plus Software Project Manager to oversee all Shopify Plus and related software projects for a major new CPG energy brand, backed by one of the world’s largest corporations. You will be fully dedicated to this flagship client, managing technical workflows that keep the brand’s eCommerce presence running smoothly and scaling rapidly.
You will be the central coordinator between the Shopify Plus Developer, QA Specialist, Collabio Integrator, and external vendors. Your focus will be ensuring that new features, integrations, and site improvements are prioritized, delivered on time, and aligned with business goals.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical detail and project leadership—you’ll work in agile cycles, keep roadmaps clean, and ensure that every software initiative drives value for the brand.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software or eCommerce project management experience, with direct exposure to Shopify Plus.
Proven success managing Shopify Plus builds, launches, or ongoing enhancements.
Familiarity with common Shopify Plus integrations (payments, subscriptions, fulfillment, CRM/ERP).
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
Exceptional organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple moving parts in parallel.
Strong communication skills: able to translate technical complexity into clear business updates.
Fluency in English; French bilingual capability strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have
PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
Experience in consumer/CPG eCommerce launches.
Familiarity with QA practices, performance testing, and system integrations.
