Are you a subject matter expertise using Six Sigma methodology in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Assist us with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Project Six Sigma Consultant to coordinate and complete projects, define performance and results and manage vendors and service providers. You'll investigate non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned. Six Sigma Certification or in process of Certification for Project Management required and previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
  • Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
  • Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
  • Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model
  • Presenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue.
  • Manage Bright Idea program.
  • Process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training delivery.
  • Collaborate well with US quality & operations teams
  • Provide support for 200-400 FTEs and/or 5-10 mid to highly complex businesses
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Educational and Licensure Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Greenbelt Six Sigma certification from a recognized certification body or previous organization is an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt; must be Black Belt trained with proven success in driving complex, large-scale projects, including those involving AI/ML technologies
  • 3+ projects completed and/or certified
  • Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, machine learning, AI, etc)
  • Experience solving major project or customer issues
  • Demonstrated experience in change management
  • Proven excellent communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management certification or Master's of Business Administrator
  • Certified Black Belt
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Project management experience
  • Design thinking experience
  • Exposure to a US Healthcare account in previous role or organization
