A growing creative business is looking for a Social Media Marketing Assistant to support a range of marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can wear multiple hats, from setting up email sequences to optimizing content with AI tools and managing social media traffic. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Social Media Management – Support in creating content calendars and handling the scheduling of social media content to drive traffic.
Content Optimization – Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity to refine and enhance marketing copy for social media, landing pages, and the website.
Email Marketing – Set up and manage email sequences using email service providers (ESPs) like MailChimp.
Research & Strategy – Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
General Marketing Support – Help coordinate marketing campaigns, track performance, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Secondary Responsibilities - Nice to Have

Design & Editing – Assist with light social media graphics and video editing using Canva or similar tools (will be provided with raw assets).

Qualifications

2+ years in a marketing-related role, with hands-on experience in email marketing, social media management, or content creation.

Proficiency in MailChimp (or similar ESPs), social media scheduling tools, and AI-powered content optimization (e.g., ChatGPT).
Preferred Skills - Highly Advantageous

Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for basic graphics and video editing.

Knowledge/familiarity with architecture, interior design, or related fields is highly advantageous but not required.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a remote setting.
