SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST MISSION
You bring Everbrave clients’ brands to life across social media with content and campaigns that connect, engage, and convert. From strategy to execution, you own the full social media presence – managing both organic content and paid campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok – ensuring every post, story, reel, and ad reflects the brand, serves the audience, and drives measurable business results.
This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking and performance marketing. You know how to craft content that stops the scroll, and you know how to use data to make it work harder.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success as a Social Media Specialist is defined by your ability to develop and execute social media programs that build brand presence, grow engaged audiences, and contribute directly to client growth goals. You are equal parts creative and analytical; comfortable crafting content calendars and digging into ad performance data. Clients trust you as their social media authority, and your campaigns consistently deliver against defined KPIs. Internally, you collaborate fluidly with Growth Managers, Marketing Specialists, designers, and copywriters to ensure social is fully integrated into broader marketing programs.
STRENGTHS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are fluent across social platforms. You understand the nuances, best practices, and algorithm behaviours of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok – and know how to tailor differentiated content and strategy for each.
You balance creativity with performance. You can concept and brief compelling content and copy, but you’re just as comfortable in Ads Manager analyzing CTR, CPL, ROAS, and audience performance to optimize spend.
You are a strategic storyteller. You understand brand voice, audience psychology, and how to use social media to move people through awareness, consideration, and conversion at every stage of the funnel.
You are data-driven and results-oriented. You set goals, establish benchmarks, and use performance data to make informed recommendations. You don’t just report numbers – you derive insights and take action.
You are organized and proactive. You manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines across multiple clients with confidence, and you anticipate what’s needed before being asked.
You thrive in a collaborative agency environment. You work closely with Growth Managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure social content and paid campaigns are integrated, on-brand, and on-strategy.
