As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with clients to implement data audit, privacy, and compliance solutions. You will engage in data engineering projects, maintain relationships with clients, and apply your skills in Linux, Docker, Postgres, and Python to solve complex challenges.

Solutions Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Data Sentinel clients and other team members to implement and support deployments of our data audit, data privacy, and data compliance solutions
- Assist with data engineering or data remediation projects as required to meet specific client data governance use cases within their specific environments
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Build and maintain a superior skills with linux (Ubuntu), docker, postgres, python and shell scripting skills
- Build and maintain a wide running of knowledge of data privacy and data compliance trends (IAPP)
- Work is expected to be conducted remotely also the possibility of travel
- Reports to VP, Professional Services
Solutions Engineer - Technology Skills:
- Database knowledge (table, scripting, optimization, data manipulation, modelling approaches) with postgres is a must
- Linux platform experience including environment preparation, application installation and application deployment (Ubuntu, RedHat) as well as sophisticated shell scripting skills is a must
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM or others) is a plus
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Apache SuperSet, Power BI) is a plus
- Understanding of hybrid networking (OpenVPN, Site-to-Site VPN) is a plus
- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Understanding of cloud security and cloud adoption frameworks is a plus
- Exposure to augmented data catalogs, automated compliance, or privacy compliance solutions is a plus
Solutions Engineer - Additional Skills:
- Familiar with project management practices and lifecycle
- Familiar with building a presentation that explains an idea
- Familiar with building a high-level design (HLD) documents
- Familiar with building a diagram to illustrate key points
- Comfortable presenting to a group and answering their questions is a must
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication in a group setting
