You will coordinate client projects and national practice initiatives, manage partner and stakeholder communications and support proposal and pipeline execution across a network of 20+ partners. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leaders while contributing to national initiatives. You’ll provide a mix of project coordination, client support, executive support and ad-hoc assistance  helping ensure things run smoothly across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

National Practice Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of National Automotive group, assisting with workflows, internal coordination of meetings, preparation of monthly reporting data reporting, planning events, and task follow-ups.

  • Support in coordinating activities related to National Automotive initiatives, business development efforts, and leadership priorities by tracking tasks, maintaining action logs, and managing light project documentation.

  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items for internal meetings.

  • Assist with drafting and formatting presentations, reports and communications

  • Monitor and update tracking tools (e.g. CRM systems, spreadsheet trackers, project trackers, etc.) to support internal reporting and team visibility.

  • Stay adaptable and responsive to evolving team needs, contributing wherever needed to help meet goals and timelines.

  • Provide direct executive-level support to National Automotive Dealership practice leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and preparation of briefing materials.

  • Develop awareness of the automotive retail industry to tailor support and client engagement.

Client Engagement Support

  • Act as a primary contact for clients on project matters, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and a seamless experience throughout each engagement.

  • Oversee and manage the lifecycle of client-related projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables.

  • Collaborate with other departments/teams in the firm to provide tailored support to clients, ensuring high standards of service quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.

  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and track key milestones to keep all stakeholders informed on progress.

  • Address client queries and project challenges proactively, working closely with accounting professionals to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Support the BSO team in identifying and mitigating potential risks within client engagements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

How do we define success for your role?

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
