The IT Specialist is responsible for software packaging and installation, management of software updates and antivirus, disaster recovery, and image updates. They provide technical support, conduct regression tests, and manage access across devices. The role also involves troubleshooting through tools like TeamViewer Tensor.
YOUR MISSION
- General: Software packaging & installation, Software Configuration, Windows update management, Antivirus maintenance (installation/ update/ policies), Access Management
- On Server level: Backup Management / disaster recovery, Scheduled updates, Image update
- On POS/BO level: Image update, Local application installation (country specific hardware/software, fiscal, Generic L1-L3 support for troubleshooting
- Able to perform basic checks in devices (when joined and last connected to Intune/SCCM, see enrollment status, push configuration to device)
- TeamViewer Tensor: L1-L3 troubleshooting
- Perform regression tests and be able to create comprehensive and well-defined test scenarios.
YOUR TALENT
- Rotating shift work schedule
- 4+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance. Degree in computer science or relevant field a plus
- Knowledge in Intune and SCCM
- Understanding of Windows 10, Active Directory, Networking, DNS, DHCP
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Extensive experience in writing clear, concise and detailed test cases
- Able to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision
