How you will impact the organization…

This position is responsible for commercial sales to the largest Small and Medium Business (“SMB”) customers through a variety of marketing efforts. This position focuses on inbound sales, outbound sales, and targeted marketing efforts. Specifically an inside sales position responsible for new customer acquisition revenue generation. Minimal or less than 10% travel.


The value you will deliver…

  • Prospect heavily to build and nourish a strategic pipeline resulting in new business.
  • Answer inbound calls or respond to inbound web inquiries efficiently and effectively to generate new sales.
  • Identify revenue expansion and new business opportunities inside your prospects and assign leads through add-ons and cross-selling new brands, security enhancements and new-to-market AI and Cloud Based Data management SaaS products.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts (24-36 months) with new clients with focus on providing the best in class solutions
  • Collaborate with Internal business leaders, Sales Engineers, Legal, Product and Marketing to coordinate large-deal strategies, sales campaigns/promotions and pipeline fulfillment.
  • Your primary objectives will align to critical KPIs and quota attainment with a focus on monthly and quarterly and annualized objectives.
  • Engage in the most complex Inside Sales to include multiple product solutions, integrations, and custom solutions.
  • Engage with all assigned leads and prospects in an effort to close immediate opportunities and identify opportunities to expand our product footprint with a client and affiliate locations/businesses/franchises.
  • Stay apprised of all CCSI products and services
  • Other secondary duties and responsibilities will surface on an as-needed or as-determined basis, by management.

What you will bring to the table…

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales
  • 3+ years of quantifiable successful sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience presenting to business leadership via phone and video conference
  • 1+ years of experience selling SaaS &/or UCaaS platforms
  • 1+ years of experience in utilizing CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Driven and self-motivated to exceed quotas
  • Strong sense of urgency to build a substantial sales pipeline
  • Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality
  • Exceptional relationship selling skills
  • Persistence to overcome rejections
  • Coachable, driven to expand knowledge
  • Agile and adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Advanced communication communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex, technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences

  • 3+ years in managing sales cycles
  • 3+  years of experience in a role with a heavy focus on prospecting / hunting /cold calling
  • 3+ years on a commission model compensation plan

  • Location requirements: Onsite/Hybrid (Los Angeles or Las Vegas or Dallas)
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet

The salary range for this role is $60,000- $70,000 USD annually. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
