We are looking for a Sr Advisor Analytics who can go beyond dashboards and spreadsheets—someone who can translate numbers into narratives that influence decisions and drive real business change.
 

In this role, you won’t just analyze data—you’ll develop and manage tools to assemble data and generate results, craft compelling insights, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish measurement frameworks that enable teams to track success and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Transform data into actionable intelligence: analyze trends, identify patterns, and craft insights that tell a compelling story, guiding strategic decisions.

• Develop & manage KPIs: define, track, and evolve key performance indicators that align with business goals, ensuring they measure true impact and drive continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain dashboards: create and automate interactive products that make data accessible and actionable for key partners.

• Influence decision-making: present findings in ways that resonate with customers to drive actionable intelligence.
   

Who You Are:

• Related university degree in an applicable subject area, such as business, engineering, statistics, data science, or a combination of related experience and certifications will be considered.

• You bring 6 + years of progressively responsible experience in project management, controls, business management, or analytics or a related field. Note without a degree you will require 9 years experience.

• Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. This includes the ability to develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners.

• Strong core programming and data management skills to manage large datasets across numerous sources.

• Experience presenting insights to technical and non-technical partners in an engaging way. This includes storytelling skills to simplify complexity and make data-driven insights engaging and persuasive.

• Strong experience in defining, managing, and publishing KPIs, including performance measurement frameworks.

• Experience with analytical tools such as Python, SQL or Databricks would be an asset.

• Valid passport work and travel between the US and Canada.
   

Working Conditions:

• Office based position.

• 10-25% travel.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
 

US Only Summary:
 

Salary: $96,200 – $130,000/year USD
