What you will do:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive and insightful performance reporting for the S&R Committee and Operations & Integrity Committee.

• Collaborate with business units, central functions, and S&R partners to collect and assemble reporting information.

• Work closely and collaboratively with the S&R Operational Performance Data & Analytics team to ensure applicability and clear representation of data used in reporting.

• Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership, including off-cycle reporting requests.

• Follow, maintain, and improve internal governance reporting processes, document control, and workflows.
   

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational performance reporting, business analysis or related subject area.

• Experience preparing, reviewing, and editing materials for senior leadership levels.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and produce accurate high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Strong analytical, communications, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
   

Working Conditions:

• Office based.

• Under 5% travel.
