What you'll do:

  • Be a Strategic Thought Partner
    Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, frame problems, and develop data-backed strategies.
  • Find the Story in the Stats
    Dive into complex data to uncover trends, explain user behavior, and help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
  • Turn Data Into Action
    Use your analytical expertise to extract, transform, and interpret large datasets, delivering clear, actionable insights that improve the customer journey.
  • Build Tools That Empower
    Design intuitive dashboards that bring data to life—helping teams across the company make faster, smarter, customer-first decisions.
  • Partner on Product Innovation
    Work side-by-side with product teams to test new features, measure impact, and ensure every launch is backed by insights and aligned with our goals.
  • Define Success—and Keep Us On Track
    Develop and monitor KPIs that measure product performance, customer engagement, and business impact, guiding continuous improvement.
  • Lead with Experimentation
    Design and analyze A/B tests that drive product optimization and innovation—ensuring we learn quickly and scale what works.
  • Communicate with Clarity and Confidence
    Translate complex findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Math, Economics, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a product-focused environment. 
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). 
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Strong communication skills as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong time management and organizational skills.
